IKEA Knapper Mirror Damaged Delivery, Return Denial

I placed an order on April 17th for a mirror called Knapper from the IKEA online store. The order number is 311704241029556. At first, MNG Cargo misplaced it. After a week of hard work, the product finally arrived to me in a state of disarray. Naturally, I declined the delivery and insisted on its return. In addition, I reached out to IKEA to inform them of the situation and asked them to start the return process. MNG Cargo let me know that they tried to return the product, but the warehouse staff declined to accept it because the item was damaged. It's been an entire month and IKEA still hasn't delivered the product I paid for or processed my refund for the return. In addition, it is worth noting that their system incorrectly indicates that the product has been delivered, which not only goes against the terms of the sales contract but also violates the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The payment for an undelivered product has not been made for a month. Here are some screenshots and a photo of the broken mirror being held by the delivery person. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I have yet to receive a response. I am patiently waiting for the situation to be resolved, relying on the information provided by customer service.
