Payment Error for Germany Visa Appointment Through iData

October 7, 2024 11:36 AM64

On Saturday, October 5, I received an email from iData regarding my July application for a Germany visa. The email asked me to confirm or cancel the appointment. Since this was a family application, I received three separate emails. I clicked the confirmation link from my email and proceeded to register all three family members. When I reached the payment step and completed it, the system encountered an error, and I couldn’t access the page again. I’ve tried all the links in the emails, but they all return errors.

My bank account shows that the payment went through, but I can’t verify if the process was successful. I’ve been trying to reach iData’s call center to confirm the status, but I can’t get through to anyone. The email states that if the process isn’t confirmed by October 10 (Thursday), the application will be canceled. I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue and avoid the cancellation.
