iData Has Not Scheduled My Schengen Visa Appointment After 4 Months

I applied for a short-term Schengen visa at the iData Gayrettepe office on August 27, 2024. It’s been over four months now, and I still haven’t gotten any appointment set up. I'm really curious about how much longer I'll have to wait. I’ve reached out to customer service several times, but it’s really hard to get in touch or receive any useful updates. Right now, I’m not looking for an appointment right away; I just want to know a confirmed date, even if it’s far off. The way things have been going, with no updates or clear communication, has really made this whole situation super stressful. I really hope iData sorts this out soon and gives me an update on my appointment status.
