Ibis Hotel Only Offered Smoking Rooms and Charged Me to Open Windows

We made reservations weeks in advance through the Ibis website for a busy travel schedule, including group and connection bookings. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were informed that only smoking rooms were available. As non-smokers, this was disturbing, and we requested a non-smoking room for our stay. However, our request was denied, and we were charged a fee to open the windows. Given the situation, we signed the document under protest, stating that we did not agree to this charge. We are now requesting a refund of this fee. Please forward our complaint to the appropriate authorities. I have photos and documentation of the ashtrays in the rooms as evidence.
