Paint Peeling Issue on My 2020 Kona Elite Smart

I have a 2020 Kona Elite Smart (red, 54,000 km) with paint peeling in 5-6 spots between the windshield and sunroof, each about 4 mm in diameter. Despite the 2-year/60,000 km paint warranty, I can't benefit from it. How can a 3-year-old car have such paint issues? The service center and headquarters have offered to repaint the entire roof as a goodwill gesture but won't provide this in writing. They’ll only do this if I waive any claims for loss of value. I want my issue resolved properly. Social media shows that other cars of the same model and color have the same issue. This is not due to user error. Please buy back the car at its value or provide a replacement vehicle. It's surprising that a company like Hyundai can't resolve such a minor issue. In other countries, this would be considered a defect and the car would be replaced. I'm worried about the paint peeling spreading.
