Hyundai Sold Me a 2024 Tucson With Factory Paint Defects

I recently purchased a 2024 Hyundai Tucson (chassis number TMAJB81B0RJ569570) 1.5 months ago. While washing the car, I accidentally noticed paint residue and splatter left from the factory painting process on the roof. This is disappointing, as I specifically chose a brand-new vehicle to avoid such defects. When I took it to the service center, they said they could repaint or repair it if desired, but I believe a new car should not require such interventions. If this issue is present on the exterior, I wonder what other quality problems might exist that are not immediately visible. On what basis was the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) sticker placed on my car’s window? How does the quality control team overlook such issues, and what assurances do I have that similar problems won’t arise in the future?
Hyundai Assan General Directorate has not taken responsibility for the vehicle with a production defect that it labeled with a PDI sticker. I want you to know that I will continue the process by filing a lawsuit from today onwards, and I want to remind you that I will advocate for customer grievances everywhere.
