Problematic Hyundai Bayon Delivery and Delay
I bought a brand new Hyundai Bayon model from the Eskişehir Seyyah dealership on September 30, 2023. Unfortunately, it started making a rattling noise even before reaching 180 kilometers. The noise gets louder when I drive faster at speeds between 100 and 120 kilometers per hour. I went to the dealership at 9:30 AM, but they didn't give me the car until 7:41 PM. They said the delay was because the license plate printing machine wasn't working properly. I was just about done paying off the car, but the paperwork wasn't even ready, and I didn't even have the license plate yet. The dealership asked for a payment of 30,000 TL in cash at first. This made me wonder if they were ready. I got to Ankara early to pick up the car and get it inspected, but the late delivery messed up my plans for the inspection and expert evaluation. Hyundai has made me suffer financially and emotionally. I want to be compensated for this problem, either by getting a new vehicle or getting my money back right away if that's not possible.
