Hyundai IONIQ 5 Battery Degradation Issue

To whom it may concern, My name is Doğanay A***. I am writing this letter to you from Istanbul, Turkey. On October 15, 2024, I purchased a new IONIQ 5 PE Advance 125 kW 4x2 vehicle with license plate number 34 MFG 4** and chassis number KMHKN81B6RU306*** from a dealership. In June 2025, when the vehicle had only 6,000 km on the odometer, I noticed a dramatic decrease in the battery's health. The range was dropping much faster than it used to, and the total distance I could travel was significantly reduced. On July 16, 2025, when the vehicle had 7,481 km, the battery health was determined to be 96% at Uçar Otomotiv, an authorized Hyundai service center in Altunizade, Istanbul, under work order number 0164716. I am aware that some battery degradation is normal. However, a sudden drop of 4 percentage points in a vehicle that is only 8 months old and has just 6,000 km is unacceptable. I am formally requesting a battery replacement. I kindly request your assistance on this matter and look forward to your response.

No one has responded to my application here yet. I have not received any technical feedback regarding my request created through the Hyundai website or call center, and I am starting to think that Hyundai Turkey will not take an approach to resolve the relevant issue.
