Hyatt Hotel Levent Ignored Repeated Noise Complaints
We checked into Hyatt Hotel Levent Istanbul on November 3, 2025, and stayed for one week. During our stay in Room 402, we experienced serious disturbances every night. Guests were smoking in nearby rooms, there was excessive noise, loud music late at night, and other disturbing, inappropriate sounds that made it impossible for us to rest.
We repeatedly reported these issues to both the front desk and hotel management, but no effective action was taken. Despite multiple complaints, the situation continued night after night, and our concerns were essentially ignored.
As a result, even though we had traveled from abroad and planned to complete our stay, we were forced to check out one day early and leave Istanbul ahead of schedule. This experience caused us both financial loss and significant inconvenience.
Our reservation was made under the names D**** and L***.** I request that Hyatt investigate how our complaints were handled, address the shortcomings in guest services, and provide an appropriate resolution for the disruption we experienced.
