Hotels.com Misled Me—Demir Suit Hotel Was Filthy & Nothing Like the Photos

On January 16, 2025, I booked a 5-night stay at Demir Suit Hotel in Kuşadası through Hotels.com and paid in full. However, when I arrived, the hotel was completely different from what was advertised online.
The room was filthy, with cigarette butts near the bathtub, dampness, and an overall unclean atmosphere. It was nothing like the photos on the website. Despite these issues, I initially checked in, but after seeing the unacceptable conditions, I immediately left and changed my entire travel plans.
I contacted Hotels.com, but they were completely unhelpful—they don’t even have Turkish-speaking support. I now demand a full refund since I did not stay at the hotel. I have photos and documents proving that I left immediately. If my refund is not processed, I will take this case to the Consumer Rights Court. This must be resolved immediately!
Dear Customer, We are sorry for the experience you had at the hotel. You can send us a complaint email from our Hotels.com site and photos of the room deficiencies in question via live chat. Sincerely, Hotels.com
I have conveyed, I have conveyed, you can't do anything, you say you should have canceled before going, how could I know without seeing? Your standard responses.
