Hummel Tracksuit Material Quality Is Poor
On August 26, 2023, we made a purchase of a tracksuit bottom from the Hummel store at Marmara Forum. To our dismay, after wearing it just twice, we noticed significant pilling issues. On September 3, 2023, I visited the Hummel store to return the product, handing it over for inspection. However, two weeks later, they informed me that they couldn't identify any defects and were unwilling to take any further action. Despite my persistent efforts, my calls went unanswered, and there seemed to be no willingness to assist me. We placed our trust in the Hummel brand and paid 1090 TL for this tracksuit bottom, but regrettably, they failed to stand behind their products. I've never encountered such a drastic drop in quality or indifference, not even with products bought from local street vendors. This experience has led me to decide never to shop at Hummel again, and I will strongly recommend the same to others.
