I bought my Huawei Matebook D16 R5 - Mystic Silver - 8+512GB laptop from Huawei's official website. My serial number is 93KBB21221800545, and the warranty expired in April 2023. I've been receiving messages about extending the warranty for a few months, but I didn't get it extended. Today, when I turned on my laptop, I noticed that there are intermittent scratches on the left side of the screen. I didn't drop it, break it, or even touch the screen. I always keep it open on the table for my stock market transactions, and I can't understand why this screen issue suddenly started without any apparent reason. Is there a way to fix it, or is the screen's lifespan only two years? The random appearance of these scratches and screen malfunctions is puzzling to me. How can I resolve this issue?
