Huawei Failed to Fix My Watch After Multiple Repairs and Is Blaming Me Instead

My Huawei Watch Fit 2 broke down after less than two months of use. I was directed to KVK service, but the service center denied my request when I requested a replacement or refund. They claimed to have changed the case, and the watch was returned to me. However, I encountered more issues and had to send it back multiple times—four or five in total. The last time it was returned, the report stated that the watch was "in good condition, no faults," yet it wouldn’t even turn on. This situation is beyond frustrating! I’ve been in constant contact with the Huawei office in Ankara throughout this process. They keep promising, “We’ll help,” but no one does anything. Supposedly, Mr. C*** took special care of my case, but now they are trying to blame me, citing scratches and other trivial excuses. Despite months of effort, I am now being treated as if I’m at fault. As a victim in this situation, I have no choice but to pursue legal action. KVK Izmir Çankaya and the Huawei office in Ankara have been nothing but regret.
