You called you and told me that if the problem recurs, I should take a video recording, show the serial number in the video and that action will be taken accordingly. As a result, this problem occurred for the 3rd time and I took a video. Since this problem occurred on Friday, April 14, I could not send the product before the Ramadan holiday and it did not work in any way during the holiday. On the first working day right after the holiday, I sent the product to the service for the 3rd time due to the same problem. On the day the service received the product, I explained the status of the product via chat on your site and sent the video to be forwarded to the service. Afterwards, I contacted the WhatsApp line used by the service and directed the video again, but the service said that there was no problem and transferred the product to the cargo exit unit to send it to me again. After this information, I called your customer service and explained the situation again and again a record was opened, they said that the upper unit was informed and that they would return, but there has been no return yet. Why don't you believe that one of my Watch Fit 2 devices, which I bought for my wife and myself in February 2023, has been having problems, even though I recorded it on video? By the way, there is no problem with the other one. AppGallery and hmscore are installed and all permissions are granted.
