Huawei Fit 2 Watch Mic Stopped Working, Now Repair Costs More Than Twice the Price

I purchased a Huawei Fit 2 watch six months ago and began experiencing troubles with the microphone. I could hear the other person, but they didn't hear me. So I sent my watch to an authorised service centre for repair. I received a message today telling that I need to pay ₺7700 for the repair. Otherwise, the watch will not be mended and will be returned to me.

My watch's current pricing is ₺2900. The explanation for the exorbitant repair cost is that there is a scratch on the screen, which they claim invalidates the warranty. This is entirely unacceptable, and I urge that the required steps be taken to address the matter fairly.
