White Mark on Huawei GT4 Pro Screen Reappears After Multiple Repairs

I purchased the Huawei GT4 Pro (steel case) as a birthday gift for my spouse in June 2024. Despite being used for only about a month over the past five months, the watch developed a white mark on the screen at the 12 o’clock position. We’ve had to send it for repair three times.
The first time, Huawei claimed they replaced the screen, but the issue reappeared just days later. When we sent it back again, we were told nothing was wrong, though the mark persisted. After the problem resurfaced, we requested a refund via Media Markt, but Huawei denied our claim, stating that no repair was necessary.
This experience has been deeply frustrating—I’ve wasted my money on a faulty product, and the gift has been ruined. I demand Huawei take responsibility and either replace the watch or issue a full refund. Their lack of resolution is unacceptable for such a premium product.
