My Huawei Matepad 11 2023 product with order number 90619320522 dated 08.11.2023 arrived with a hairline scratch on the inside of the screen and I wanted to return the product, but I can never view my orders on the site. I took the product to the KVK service in Antalya, but only a funny procedure was performed on the product, such as software update. The product is Huawei. I am currently forced to use the problematic device because I cannot view it on the shop website and because no action has been taken at the KVK service. I want the product to be returned. And I would appreciate it if you would update your site.
