Huawei Watch GT-3 Pro Water Resistance Problem

My Huawei GT-3 Pro smart watch, which I purchased in August 2022, malfunctioned after going in and out of the pool twice in a row. In the first case of malfunction, the company delivered my watch saying that the main board was replaced and that the repair was done under warranty. 5 days later, I went into the pool again and my watch turned off in the same way and did not turn on again. I delivered my watch to the service with a request for replacement, stating that the same malfunction was recurring, and the next day I received a message from the service stating that there was liquid contact with the watch and the repair price of the watch was approximately 13,200.00 TL (The sales price of the new watch is 8,499 TL on Huawei's own website). In my phone conversations with Huawei Türkiye, they said that the issue was within their knowledge and the fee request was correct. It is unacceptable that a watch that is sold with swimming and diving exercise modes on its posters and on its website, saying that it is water resistant at diving level and that it supports free diving up to 30m, is not replaced because it has liquid contact as a result of swimming in a 1.60m pool. Since the watch has been malfunctioning for the same reason more than once, I request that it be replaced with a new one.
