I purchased a Huawei GT3 SE watch in February, and by June, the watchband began to crack, even though I’ve only worn it under normal conditions. I’ve been careful not to expose it to water or harsh conditions, wearing it as intended. Despite these precautions, the band still cracked, which is quite disappointing given the watch’s quality and price point. When I took it to an authorized Huawei service center in Istanbul, I was informed that the band’s warranty period was only one week. If this defect had appeared within that brief period, I would have requested a return immediately. I request that Huawei address this issue promptly, as a watchband should not degrade this quickly with proper use.
