HSBC Still Requests Fees for a Debt I Paid Over a Year Ago
I fully paid an old debt owed to HSBC Bank more than one year ago, and the related enforcement file is still showing under the Bursa 3rd Enforcement Office. I have the payment receipt proving that the debt was completely settled. However, despite this, I am still being asked to pay additional file expense fees and charges as part of the enforcement process.
I live in Kocaeli, and traveling to Bursa creates serious difficulties for me in terms of work, time, and expenses. When I visit HSBC branches in my area, I cannot reach anyone with the authority to assist me, and I am unable to receive clear information or a solution regarding my file. Because of this, I cannot complete the process properly by paying the requested file expenses, and I continue to experience problems regarding a debt that I have already paid and documented.
I request that my enforcement file status be clarified by taking my payment receipt into consideration. If any of the requested charges are unjustified, I ask that they be canceled. I also request that the necessary information and support be provided to me by phone or remotely, allowing this issue to be resolved without requiring me to travel to Bursa.
