HP Victus 16 Heating Problem And Customer Service Disgrace

68

My HP victus 16 i7 14700hx processor computer, which is one of the latest models I bought from HP, does not drop below 60 degrees when idle, and when I called and reported it, they said that over 100 degrees is considered a problem, and they said to try it under load in 3-4 minutes. 94- It saw 96 degrees, and when I reported this, they said that there is no problem again, it must be at least 100 degrees, they already say that when the PC 50 thousand TL PC 90 DRC 10 FPS works They continue to demand on 100 degrees, even when automatic performance decreases have already occurred.

Sure, here is the translation: "After calling, I contacted customer service again and they said 100 degrees. I guess you are planning to collect the products that reach 100 degrees, turn them into kettles, and put them on the market."

HP representatives have not responded. I tried to reach them via phone and Gmail, but they did not reply. Be aware that when you buy HP, there is no one to address your concerns.
