HP Failed to Replace My Laptop Charging Station After 2 Months of Waiting

What a useless and ridiculous experience with HP. The charging station for the brand-new laptop I bought broke down shortly after purchase. It’s been 4 or 5 months since I bought the laptop, and for the past 2 months, I’ve been waiting for HP to send a replacement battery. They acknowledged the issue and promised to send the battery, but it still hasn’t arrived. It’s absurd that such a large company like HP cannot provide a simple battery replacement. This feels like a bad joke. If they can’t handle replacing a small battery in 2 months, what would happen if a more serious issue arises with my device? HP’s inability to resolve such a basic problem is completely unacceptable.

Unfortunately, no one is trying to reach me; I am the one calling every time, and they say they will get back to me, but no one does. For 3 months, you haven't been able to send a single charger adapter cable or whatever it is, which is completely a bad situation. Before this, I bought an Asus laptop, and after facing another issue with it, the laptop went back and forth 3 times, and a brand new laptop came broken. I took it to the Consumer Rights Court and got my money back. Then I chose HP, that is, you, and for 3 months you haven't been able to send a charger cable or battery. I will also take you to the Consumer Rights Court with all the documents. In a 6-month-old laptop, a battery hasn't arrived for 3 months. You claim to have reached out, but no one has. If you are going to reach out to me in 3 months, send my product. Reaching out is not a solution.

Customer service, this is my 2nd call, and in total, no one has answered the phone for 30 minutes on purpose, it's a shame.
