I want to complain about the HP Omen gaming chair that I bought last year with a lot of excitement and expectations. In November, I spent 8,000 ₺, hoping to get a chair that is similar to others that cost around 3,000 or 4,000 ₺. I found out today that one of the wheels is broken. But I can't get any help from either the website or customer service. They keep sending me to different companies, but I always end up back at HP.
