HP Omen 16 Stuck in Repair for 20 Days and Customer Service Doesn't Provide Answers
I'm dealing with a company that doesn't even have any information about the computer I gave to the technical service. My HP Omen 16 device, which I delivered on the 3rd, was waiting for a motherboard order due to its chronic fault, and then an adapter cable. When I called to get information about this process, a person named C*** responded in a mocking manner and didn’t even know what had been done to the device. Every day, they are told the issue is urgent, but there's no seriousness or progress. He says he came from out of town to get information, but in 3 days, it will have been 20 days since the device was in the service. Parts are being ordered piece by piece. I’ve never seen such a disgraceful institution before. I'm fed up with HP; it's a miracle it's lasted this long. Nothing is sufficient—neither the engineering, the technical service, nor customer service. Customer service responds with careless and mocking attitudes, as if the customer is one of them. It’s a worthless company. After 3 days, I will personally go to court and seek my rights, and if necessary, I will fight tooth and nail to get my rights. This is the language you understand!
