HP Denied Return or Exchange Request of the Problematic Monitor After Six Months
On April 17, 2023, I purchased an HP monitor. Upon receiving it, I encountered issues and sent it for warranty service. Shortly after, I was informed that a part had been ordered from abroad. Despite receiving a replacement, the problem persisted. On June 25, 2024, while my warranty was still valid, I contacted HP Turkey. They requested a video of the issue. Despite complying, responses were delayed, and technical support proved unhelpful, citing inability to provide necessary parts. Amazon Turkey acknowledged my right to return or exchange within the warranty period, but HP refused, claiming it had been more than six months since purchase. Despite having successfully exchanged products with other brands after the six-month mark in the past, HP denied my request, leaving me without a resolution.
