Unauthorized Hotspot Shield Billing Sparks Refund Request

An amount of approximately $79.99 USD was charged from my Hotspot Shield account without my knowledge or consent. I do not even know what this charge is for. How can money be taken without my authorization? I want my money refunded immediately.

If this amount is not returned to my account, I will pursue all necessary legal actions. On what grounds are you withdrawing money without permission? I expect an urgent response.
