Hotpoint Indesit DA2GY19A12 Refrigerator Warranty Issue

In 2019, I purchased an Indesit DA2GY19A12 refrigerator model from an authorized Hotpoint/Ariston dealer (Hotpoint Customer Service). We even bought two of these models and, in addition to the purchase, acquired an additional +3 years of warranty as per the official service document with stamp/signature. However, with Whirlpool's decision to withdraw from Turkey, all responsibility has now been transferred to Vestel.
In September 2023, an issue arose when I called the service for my refrigerator. They pointed out that my warranty would expire in about a month. For days, I've been trying to submit official documents to Vestel officials. They claim that another document is needed in addition to the attached one, prolonging the process by stating that our records are not included in the list sent by Hotpoint, aiming to reject the request.
The authorized dealer of Art*** Household Appliances, where we purchased the refrigerators, completely closed the business in connection with the distributor's withdrawal from Turkey in 2020. Consequently, we have nothing else besides the document that the store told us 'do not lose this document, this is your additional warranty,' and since the store is closed, we cannot establish any communication.
Representatives from Vestel (Vestel Customer Service) have suggested contacting the Italy-based Whirlpool company and making a request. I hope they can help us. I request that the missing document be obtained from their business partner, the Whirlpool company, and that the additional warranties we purchased for our refrigerators be considered. This also aims to inform consumers with similar products of the Indesit, Ariston, and Hotpoint brands with additional warranties.
