I use the Hotmegle service on my Samsung S20, and for many days now I have been unable to pass the age verification. Even though I clearly meet the age requirement, the system keeps saying that I am underage and does not allow me to continue. During the verification, I upload a picture of myself together with my passport as requested, but despite this, my verification is still rejected as if I were underage. I have not been given any explanation or specific reason for this rejection, and I have not yet been able to contact support through the system in a helpful way. I request that my age verification be reviewed properly and that I am not rejected like this without justification. I want my account and access to Hotmegle to be enabled in line with my actual age, or to be clearly informed about what exactly is wrong with the verification so that I can correct it.
