OmeTV Blocked My Account Saying ‘Age Does Not Meet Requirement’
I have been using the OmeTV app on my iPhone 16 Pro for a long time without any issues. However, today, for the first time, I received an error message stating “Age does not meet the requirement”, and I was unable to log into my account due to age restriction.
My date of birth and personal details are correct, and I have never encountered this issue before. My account user number is 5550****56.
I have not made any payments, and I have always used the app in the same way. I am of legal age, so I do not understand why I am being restricted for age-related reasons. I have not engaged in any inappropriate or rule-breaking behavior.
I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that the age restriction be lifted as soon as possible.
