I Face Age Restriction and Verification Failure on Bumble

For almost a year, I have been unable to complete the identity verification process on my Bumble account. Although I meet the age requirement, the system still flags me as underage and my account has been suspended. I submitted my ID documents several times, but the age restriction remains in place and my account has not been reactivated.
I also tried logging in from different devices, but the problem persists. Currently, I can only access my account using my phone number, yet the account stays inactive. Despite this ongoing issue, I have not been able to reach the Bumble support team for help. All attempts to fix the problem have been unsuccessful.
I live in Balıkesir, Turkey, and all of these attempts were made here. I am asking Bumble to remove the incorrect age restriction and reactivate my account immediately so that I can continue using the service I signed up for.
