Minichat Age Verification Mistake Leads to Permanent Account Ban

About two months ago, my access to my Minichat account was permanently blocked on the grounds that I did not meet the age requirement. However, I am 21 years old and can easily prove this with official documents.
During this time, I have not been able to reach any support channels, either within or outside the app, so I was unable to file an appeal. I believe I was unfairly banned due to an incorrect age determination.
My request to Minichat is that my account be reopened and, if necessary, that my age be verified again through ID or similar official documents. I am fully prepared to prove my age and would like my account to be reviewed so that the ban can be lifted.
