Outlook Sent a Verification Code Without My Request — Possible Unauthorized Access

Two days ago, a verification code was sent to my Outlook account (d*************@hotmail.com)** without my knowledge or request. Shortly after, I noticed that the name on my account had been changed.

The account is now back under my control, and I have restored my name to its original form, but this incident has made me very concerned about my account’s security.

My account is free, and I do not have any paid subscriptions. I would like to know who attempted to access my account, from where, and by what method.

I also request that the security of my account be reinforced and that preventive measures be taken to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again.
