Microsoft Outlook Login Problem — Old Recovery Number Not Working

I’ve been using my Outlook account (k***********@hotmail.com)** for many years, but I recently forgot my password. When I click on “Forgot password”, the system shows that a verification code should be sent to my phone number ending in 87, but the code is never sent.
Instead, I get the message: “This method isn’t available right now,” and there are no other recovery options available.
My account contains personal information and important data, so I urgently need to regain access.
The last time I tried to log in was on September 24, and since then, I’ve been completely unable to access my account.
I also don’t have an alternative email address or security question set up, and I haven’t yet been able to reach customer support.
Please assist me in restoring access to my account and enabling a working recovery method.
