I Can’t Access My Microsoft Hotmail Account Despite Resetting My Password

I have a Microsoft Hotmail email address, and I haven’t been able to access it for months. Even after successfully resetting my password, Microsoft still refuses to let me log in. Each time, I receive the same frustrating error message saying there were “too many incorrect login attempts.”

Worse yet, when I try to recover the account, the system asks for information I sent in emails years ago, expecting me to recall exact subject lines or details from long-forgotten messages. I’d like to ask Microsoft: Can you remember every email you’ve sent years back?

I've entered the correct password. I’ve verified the login with the code sent to my phone. What else do I need to do to prove I am the rightful owner of this account?

If necessary, I’m more than willing to verify my identity with official documentation. This email account—v********@hotmail.com**—is one I’ve been using for many years and is linked to countless services. I want access to my email restored immediately. Microsoft must provide a clear path to account recovery for long-time users.
