Cannot Access Hotmail or Facebook Accounts – Stuck in Password Reset Loop

I’m unable to retrieve the passwords for both my Hotmail and Facebook accounts. My Facebook account is logged in on the app, but I can’t change the password. Even though my phone number is registered, I’m not receiving the verification code and it’s being sent to my Hotmail account instead. However, my Hotmail account still has my old phone number, and despite using the same password for years, it no longer accepts it. I feel completely stuck in a loop and need this resolved urgently. Please help me regain access to both accounts and update my phone number so I can reset the passwords.
