Locked Out of Hotmail Account – Need Help Updating Deactivated Phone Number

Even though I know my password, I can’t log into my Hotmail account (a**************@hotmail.com). After entering the wrong password multiple times, I finally found the correct one, but I’m still unable to access my account. To make matters worse, I had deactivated the phone number linked to my account, so I can’t receive the verification code that’s being sent to that number. I am stuck and unable to make any changes or regain access to my account. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I urgently need help to recover my account and update the phone number.
