My Hotels.com Refund Vanished After Double Booking Cancellation
I made two consecutive reservations for the same hotel on the same day through Hotels.com. I cancelled both reservations simultaneously. One refund was credited to my bank account the next day, but the other hasn't appeared even after 10 days. Despite multiple conversations with my bank, they insist they haven't received any cancellation or refund request. When I messaged a Hotels.com customer service representative through their app, they claimed the refund had been processed. It's been almost 10 days since the transaction, but my money hasn't been returned. I'd really appreciate some help. I think there's been a mistake, and I'm worried.
