Canceled Hotels.com Reservation a Month Ago – Still No Refund and No Support
I canceled my Hotels.com reservation within 24 hours, but I still haven’t received my refund. They keep telling me to contact my bank, but there’s no proper support or anyone to speak with directly. There isn’t even a contact number available. It’s been a month since I canceled, and I’m still waiting for my refund. This is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using this platform. Don’t get stuck in a difficult situation like I have!

I'm constantly being asked for a reservation number from somewhere, I send it, but I never get a positive response. I'm a thousand times regretful for using this app. In the images I've attached, you can see the cancellation and the reservation number; everything is there, so now I'm expecting a positive response.
