I accidentally made a hotel reservation on Hotels.com and immediately tried to cancel it and request a refund. However, I was shocked to find no available phone number or live customer support line to handle this issue. How can a global booking platform operate without providing a way for users to speak to someone directly during an urgent situation?

This situation is beyond frustrating. I’ve been desperately trying to find any valid communication channel—whether it’s a phone number, email, or live chat—to get help regarding my cancellation. I have both the reservation code and the cancellation request code, but there’s no way to submit them or speak to someone about the refund.

I feel helpless and concerned that my money will be lost over a simple mistake. This is unacceptable for a company of this scale. I need a representative from Hotels.com to contact me immediately, cancel the reservation, and issue a full refund. I urge the company to make their customer support more accessible and responsive for situations like this.
