Hotels.com Reservation Canceled Without My Request, No Refund Issued
On September 23, 2025, my reservation at Narvella House Hotel (Itinerary No: 72066368398596) was canceled unilaterally by Hotels.com, even though I never canceled it myself. My booking and payment had already been completed, and I had even purchased my flight tickets. However, three days later, I received an email saying, “Your reservation has been canceled.” No explanation was provided for this cancellation, and I was left completely inconvenienced.
After this happened, I tried reaching customer service through both email and live chat, but I was unable to reach anyone and received no response. To make matters worse, no refund has been issued for the payment I had already made.
To resolve my issue, I request that a new reservation be arranged for me at the same hotel under the same conditions. I expect an urgent explanation and a prompt solution.
