Hello, On May 3, 2024, I booked a one-night stay for two people at Palmetto Resort Hotel through hotels.com. The reservation is for June 17-18, 2024, and includes breakfast.

When I reached out to the hotel yesterday, they informed me that they were unable to locate my reservation. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution to this matter and for our inconvenience to be acknowledged.
