Wrong Reservation Date Due to Hotels.com App Error

I made a hotel reservation through the Hotels.com mobile app intending to book my stay for June 4 to June 8, 2025. However, after completing the booking, I noticed that the reservation was mistakenly made for the same dates in 2026 instead of 2025. I believe this occurred due to a technical or interface issue within the mobile app, as I am certain I selected the correct dates. Since this is a non-refundable reservation, the system does not allow me to make any changes. I kindly request that the reservation be corrected to reflect the intended travel dates of June 4 to June 8, 2025. I have already booked my flight for those dates. Itinerary Number: 72063159747196 Booking Name: Sait B*** E*** I would appreciate your support in resolving this issue and look forward to your response. I cannot reach to customer support service through phone, and I have tried e-mailing. Virtual chat bot said it will get within 72 hours after discussion this with the hotel but not sure if it will follow-up the process. Thank you in advance.
The hotel has now confirmed the cancellation, and the refund process has been initiated. I would like to add this as progress on the case. Thank you for your support so far.
