Hotels.com Charged Me Twice Without Notice – I Demand a Refund

I made a reservation on Hotels.com last night, and the amount was immediately deducted from my account as expected. However, today, I noticed that an additional, unauthorized charge was withdrawn without my consent. There was no prior notification, no explanation, and absolutely no reason for this extra charge.

This is completely unacceptable and feels like a blatant attempt to take more money from customers. I have already contacted support, but there has been no clear resolution. Either Hotels.com refunds my money immediately, or I will take legal action. This issue is affecting many people, and it needs to be addressed urgently!
