Hornet Device Ban Blocks Login and New Account Creation
My Hornet account, which I have been using for years, was suspended as of today without any concrete explanation. I am currently unable to log into my existing account, and I am also not allowed to create a new one; my device has been completely banned by the application. The username associated with my account is “m***.”
I have not been given any clear or specific explanation regarding which word, content, or reason led to this action. I have never previously received a temporary suspension or rule violation warning on my account. Even after removing any applications that were allegedly restricted, my device remains permanently blocked, which I consider to be an extremely severe and unfair penalty.
My expectation from Hornet management is that the device ban be lifted and that my account with the username “m***” be fully reactivated. Otherwise, I will initiate the necessary complaint procedures before the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). As a user who is aware of my rights and the relevant processes, I demand that my account be reopened and that the reason for the imposed sanction be clearly, explicitly, and formally communicated to me in writing.
