Hornet Account Suspended for Months With No Explanation

18For the past two to three months, I have been unable to log into my Hornet account. When I try to access the app, I receive a message stating, “Your account has been suspended,” and I am completely unable to sign in.
I have not been given any explanation regarding why my account was suspended. I do not know which rule I may have violated, and I believe this situation is unfair. Even though I contacted the support team through both the app and email, I have not received any response so far.
I request that the reason for my Hornet account suspension be clearly and explicitly communicated to me, and if there has been a mistake, that my account be reactivated. I expect a prompt explanation and resolution.
