Hornet Device Restriction Complaint After No Warning Given

Today, while using my Hornet account on my Android phone, I received a message stating “Your device has been suspended,” and I am now unable to use the app. I have not received any notification or warning indicating that I violated any rules.
Thinking the issue might be related to my phone, I deleted and reinstalled the app; however, I continue to receive the same warning and still cannot access my account. This situation is frustrating because it appears to be an unjust device ban, and no explanation has been provided.
I request that the restriction on both my Hornet account and my device be lifted. If there is a specific reason for this action, I ask that it be clearly and explicitly communicated to me.
