No Spare Parts for Hoover Warrantied Products, Yet Available in the Market!
68 days ago, we took our cordless vacuum cleaner (which is still under warranty) to the authorized service center in Avcılar, thinking they would fix it up real quick. Unfortunately, we haven't heard anything new or gotten any explanations since then. All we get is a "Nah, no spare parts, there's a shortage!" What sucks is that nobody's owning up to it. The service center is all like, "Sorry, no spare parts," but Hoover's saying it's the authorized service center's problem. So, like, if Hoover can't even hook us up with spare parts, maybe they should think about changing things up, you know?
