Hoover H-Go 300 Robot Süpürge Remote Broke Down
I purchased a Hoover H-Go 300 Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Within a week, the remote control malfunctioned, limiting its functionality. After six months, it developed a constant dindon sound during charging. On September 6, 2023, I took it to Canakkale Hoover Seker Authorized Service, and it's been 63 days since then. Despite numerous calls, they claim there are no available parts in the factory, refusing warranty repair or replacement. Isn't there a legal time frame to fix these things? Hoover failed to support their products. Spread the word.
