Hoover Washing Machine Touch Panel Malfunction

I bought a Hoover washing machine about 2.5 years ago, and the touch panel recently malfunctioned. On the 24th of the month, I contacted the authorized service to report the problem. The next day, on the 25th, the local authorized service contacted me to see if the problem had been resolved, if the product was still under warranty, and to confirm my address. I provided the necessary information. However, today, the local authorized service called again and requested the same information as if we had not spoken on the 25th. Additionally, they informed me that installing a washing machine in the bathroom is not permitted. As a result, I contacted Hoover Turkey again to report the situation. Hoover Turkey stated that they would communicate with the service again. However, I believe they are stalling and do not wish to repair the device under warranty. As a result, I intend to formally report the situation in writing, request a faster resolution from customer service, and, if necessary, seek legal recourse to protect my consumer rights.
