Hoover HE 3E53LOW-17 Dishwasher Upper Basket Design Issue

I purchased a Hoover HE 3E53LOW-17 dishwasher from MediaMarkt approximately 2–3 months ago for ₺15,000. From the first uses, I realized that the upper basket is very problematic. Glasses cannot be placed properly, they do not sit securely and it is very difficult to arrange them in an orderly and efficient way. Because of this poor upper basket design, I cannot use the machine comfortably and efficiently. As a customer who has paid a significant amount for this product, I am disappointed that such a basic usability problem exists in the upper basket design. I request that the upper basket of my dishwasher be replaced with a more functional and suitable model, or that an appropriate design solution be provided so that I can place my glasses comfortably and safely. I kindly ask you to evaluate my complaint and provide a solution as soon as possible.
